Create buttercream blooms on top of a real cake. Students will learn to pipe various styles and colours of buttercream flowers and how to properly ice a real cake.
Class may run short or long depending on the collective skill level and flow of the class.
Location: 374 Hamilton Road New Hamburg ON. (Small plaza beside Tim Horton's)
No need to bring anything! Just show up and learn.
All supplies and tools provided for use in class.
